JOIN US as Len Hayduchok, the Delaware Retiree Advisor, walks you through a practical guide to recognizing what matters most to you and integrating your resources to maximize fulfillment and enjoyment in this capstone stage of life!
Some issues we’ll tackle:
- I’m finally retired, now what?
- Why do I struggle with guilt, with purposelessness, with anxiety even more now?
- I feel busier in retirement than ever, but what is it all for? AND, alternatively,
- What do I do with all my spare time, now that I’ve arrived?
- How can this stage of life really be “GOLDEN”?
Through step-by-step, informed reflection, we’ll journey through to the core of identifying what will empower your fulfillment and inform your choices into more enjoyment in retirement than ever before.
The University of Delaware’s Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) is a non-credit educational program are open to adults aged 50+ to take classes together, with no grades, exams or educational prerequisites. It is taught by highly qualified instructors with demonstrated practical expertise and/or academic credentials. Hundreds of courses are offered in-person and online in a wide array of interest areas.
The course taught by Len Hayduchok will be offered on 5 Thursday afternoons:
February 9 – March 9 from 12:45pm to 2:00pm.
